Determine is a design thinking workspace that helps individuals and teams define goals, explore solutions, document decisions, and build confidence in their design direction. The service is provided as a web-based application.

2. Account Registration

To use Determine, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Determine only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a design thinking tool. You may not:

You retain ownership of all content you create within Determine, including project entries, reflections, research notes, and any other data you input. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Determine available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Determine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
